Kitchen Mechanic – Full-Time

Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach is looking for a Kitchen Mechanic to join their amazing team. This luxurious oceanfront retreat offers 290 rooms, an expansive pool terrace with private cabanas, a 6th floor fitness center, a tranquil boutique spa, over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and five food and beverage outlets.

Classification: Full-Time
Shift: 8‑hour shifts starting between 5 a.m. and 10 a.m. Availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays required.

• Maintain, monitor, repair and conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation of kitchen equipment and machinery.
• Conduct scheduled and non‑scheduled maintenance.
• Perform equipment repairs.
• Record and report completed repairs in log book or property management system.
• Respond to team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non‑functioning machinery and/or equipment.
