Join our team at the BMW Collision Center as a Detailer, where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in precision, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles to dealership standards, including washing, polishing, buffing, vacuuming, and detailing.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and safe condition.
• Accurately complete flag tickets and ensure correct charges.
• Work toward achieving excellent quality assurance and above-market customer satisfaction scores.
• Document repair processes and actions performed on vehicles with accuracy.
• Operate vehicles safely in compliance with local and state laws.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to perform detailing tasks (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
