Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

We are looking for skilled Apartment Housekeepers to join our team immediately!

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents (move-outs/make-readies)
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including leasing offices, hallways, stairwells, elevators, lobbies, mailrooms, and amenities

Clean and sanitize restrooms, fitness centers, clubrooms, business centers, pool decks, and other indoor and outdoor common areas

Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, and sanitizing surfaces, floors, walls, glass, furniture, and fixtures

Remove trash and recycling from property grounds and common areas

Clean spills promptly and address potential slip, trip, and sanitation hazards

Restock cleaning supplies and common area essentials, including soap, paper products, and trash liners

Assist with cleaning after resident events, meetings, maintenance work, move-ins, and move-outs Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, closets, and storage areas in a clean and organized condition

Report maintenance issues, water leaks, damage, pest activity, equipment problems, and safety concerns to management promptly

Follow assigned cleaning schedules, checklists, property procedures, and safety guidelines

Use cleaning products and equipment properly, following manufacturer instructions and required safety procedures

Respect resident privacy and follow established procedures for authorized access to apartment homes

Respond professionally to resident and management requests and assist other team members as needed

What We're Looking For:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (apartments, hotels, condominiums, or similar environments)
Knowledge of basic cleaning methods, products, equipment, and sanitation practices

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, punctual, organized, and able to manage time efficiently

Professional appearance, courteous communication skills, and a strong work ethic

Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays when scheduled

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the workday

Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

Ability to safely handle approved cleaning products and operate housekeeping equipment

Ability to work indoors and outdoors, including in heat and humidity

Safety and Performance Expectations:

Follow property safety procedures and cleaning product instructions, and use required protective equipment

Place warning signs around wet floors or hazardous areas and never mix chemicals unless permitted by the manufacturer

Report accidents, injuries, chemical spills, and unsafe conditions immediately

Safeguard property keys, access devices, equipment, and resident belongings

Maintain consistent cleanliness and sanitation standards and complete assigned checklists on time

Use supplies responsibly and notify management when inventory is running low Maintain professionalism, discretion, reliable attendance, and compliance with property policies
