• To lead complete remodel projects within active hospitals?
• To leverage your expertise managing demanding schedules, subcontractors, and cross-trade coordination?
• To champion safety protocols while minimizing disruption of ongoing hospital operations?

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager (or equivalent) with a General Contractor.
• Proven track record managing complex healthcare projects (hospitals, clinics, labs), within an active hospital a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of all construction divisions and hospital protocols.
• Experience navigating federal contracts and regulations.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• Fort Lauderdale residency or strong relocation commitment.

• An established national construction firm specializing in design-build healthcare and Biomedical General Contracting projects, both private and government

• Annual performance review within 30 days of your anniversary
• Continue to grow within the Project Management Team and the opportunity to gain more responsibility on larger projects
