You will be a valued member of our team, performing:

  • Continue to build a team of highly skilled technicians through OEM training, on-the-job mentoring, and coaching
  • Daily problem-solving! Our customers have unique needs, and we expect to minimize their downtime while developing long-term, trusted relationships
  • Review financial performance and determine ways to profitably grow our business with integrity
  • Monitor efficiency and productivity; look for opportunities to continuously improve
  • Communicate regularly with your team, and build partnerships cross-functionally across your branch, and across other Nextran dealerships
  • Interact with our OEM partners; learn and ensure proper procedures are followed

Preferred Candidates have the following:

  • Technical Expertise with Heavy & Medium Duty Truck Diagnosis, Maintenance and Repair
  • Prior Management Experience
  • Business Acumen & Understanding of Dealership Financials
  • Team Builder
  • Demonstrated Customer Service Excellence
  • CDL, or willingness to obtain one
  • Customer Focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Instills Trust - Gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity
  • Communicates Effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
  • Action oriented - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
  • Decision quality - Making good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward
