Security Operations Manager – South Florida Regional office.

• Lead and motivate supervisory staff to oversee day-to-day site security operations.
• Oversee the onboarding process including interview, candidate selection, training, licensure, and new hire paperwork.
• Train subordinate supervisors on software systems, procedural guidelines, and Company policies; enforce policy consistency.
• Coordinate payroll, billing, accounts receivable aging, staffing, scheduling, and personnel issues.
• Conduct site assist visits and audits in accordance with the Quality Assurance program.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager and VP of Operations to establish regional goals and communicate them to branch staff.
• Work with sales and marketing to identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and three or more years of related supervisory experience, preferably in security.
• Florida D Security License
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to qualify and be issued a security officer license in all areas under command.
• Computer literacy in MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to travel and regularly visit all site locations for the South Florida branch and surrounding areas.

  Florida D License;
  Driver’s License.
