Accounting Manager

This role sits at the center of the organization’s accounting function, partnering closely with senior leadership and playing a key part in driving process improvements, reporting enhancements, and operational efficiency. The right candidate will be hands‑on, analytical, and ready to grow into a larger leadership role over time.

• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
• Manage and mentor accounting staff
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Ensure GAAP compliance and support audit processes
• Improve internal controls and streamline accounting workflows
• Partner cross‑functionally with operations and executive leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience leading or mentoring a team
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP proficiency
