Accounting Manager

• Up to $120,000 USD base (potential flexibility for the right background)

• Lead the accounting function, ensuring timely, accurate month-end and year-end closes and direct reporting to the parent company
• Oversee, guide, and develop a team including AR Supervisor, AP Accountant, and GL Accountant for optimal financial operations
• Drive implementation and optimization of FP&A tools (Prophix, Power BI, etc.), moving manual processes to automated solutions
• Deliver clear, actionable financial and operational reporting across the business, supporting both domestic and emerging international operations
• Provide technical accounting expertise and process leadership to ensure ongoing compliance and readiness for audit cycles

• Minimum 5 years’ management or supervisory experience in accounting, ideally within a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated success with system/process improvement and implementation of accounting and reporting/FP&A tools (ERP, Prophix, Power BI, or similar)
• Strong technical accounting foundation and proven leadership of multi-person teams
