Key Responsibilities Lead and optimize end-to-end revenue cycle management, including billing operations and collections processes Oversee revenue recognition review processes in accordance with ASC 606 standards across customer portfolios Implement process improvement strategies to enhance billing and revenue processes, including automation and reporting capabilities
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred) 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Experience in the healthcare technology industry or Pharmacy Benefit Management is a plus Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards and complex accounting principles Experience managing high-volume billing processes in a SaaS/startup environment
