A company is looking for a Remote Mortgage Disclosure and Risk Manager.

Key Responsibilities Oversee the Initial Disclosure team and daily pipeline management Manage disclosure policies and procedures related to RESPA, CFPB, and regulatory guidelines Serve as a subject-matter expert for investor and program requirements Qualifications Experience leading disclosure or risk functions within mortgage operations Strong knowledge of disclosure compliance, regulatory requirements, and investor guidelines Demonstrated leadership and team management experience Advanced proficiency with Encompass LOS Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting cross-functional teams
