A company is looking for an Accounting Implementation Manager focused on New Client Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the new client onboarding process, ensuring a successful transition into ongoing service Serve as the primary client contact during onboarding, gathering financial data and ensuring client satisfaction Develop standardized workflows and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handoffs

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA preferred) 7+ years of accounting firm experience with at least 3 years in client-facing or implementation/project management roles Proven experience managing accounting system setup and onboarding projects for US-based clients Strong technical skills in Quick Books, Xero, Google Sheets modeling, and automation tools Deep understanding of GAAP and accrual-based accounting
