Position: Senior Director Of Sales Growth

Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Sales & Growth to architect, scale, and lead the firm’s revenue engine. The Senior Director of Sales & Growth is an executive leadership role responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue strategy that supports aggressive expansion goals. This individual will oversee the sales function, optimize client acquisition systems, and build a high-performance team focused on delivering a premium client experience.

This role reports directly to the CEO and works cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and legal leadership to drive predictable and scalable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a firm-wide revenue growth strategy aligned with expansion goals
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales and intake team
  • Establish performance metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and accountability systems
  • Improve conversion rates and client acquisition efficiency
  • Implement scalable sales systems, scripts, and training programs
  • Elevate the client consultation experience to reflect the firm’s premium positioning
  • Forecast revenue and provide data-driven insights to executive leadership
  • Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation and conversion strategies
  • Support statewide and future national expansion initiatives
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in professional services
  • Proven track record of scaling sales teams and driving measurable revenue growth
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience managing KPIs and forecasting
  • Experience building systems and processes beyond the startup phase
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • High accountability, competitive drive, and results orientation
  • Experience in legal services, professional services, or high-ticket consultative sales preferred
Compensation

$200,000 - $350,000 per year
