Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Sales & Growth to architect, scale, and lead the firm’s revenue engine. The Senior Director of Sales & Growth is an executive leadership role responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue strategy that supports aggressive expansion goals. This individual will oversee the sales function, optimize client acquisition systems, and build a high-performance team focused on delivering a premium client experience.
This role reports directly to the CEO and works cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and legal leadership to drive predictable and scalable growth.
- Develop and execute a firm-wide revenue growth strategy aligned with expansion goals
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales and intake team
- Establish performance metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and accountability systems
- Improve conversion rates and client acquisition efficiency
- Implement scalable sales systems, scripts, and training programs
- Elevate the client consultation experience to reflect the firm’s premium positioning
- Forecast revenue and provide data-driven insights to executive leadership
- Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation and conversion strategies
- Support statewide and future national expansion initiatives
- 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in professional services
- Proven track record of scaling sales teams and driving measurable revenue growth
- Strong analytical mindset with experience managing KPIs and forecasting
- Experience building systems and processes beyond the startup phase
- Executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- High accountability, competitive drive, and results orientation
- Experience in legal services, professional services, or high-ticket consultative sales preferred
$200,000 - $350,000 per year
