Director of Quality

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for the management, professional development, budgetary control and leadership in directing departmental operations for outcomes management, case management, risk management, infection control, safety management, and survey preparedness.

Full Time/Day Shift (Exempt position).

• Current FL RN license
• MBA, MHA or MS preferred
• CPHQ, CCM Certification preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in quality management, case management, risk management, or the evaluation of clinical services in a hospital setting preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of performance improvement, outcomes and quality management, case management, management prevention and outcomes management
• Current understanding of TJC, ACHA and Federal regulations
• Must have computer literacy and understanding of statistics, database and spreadsheet analysis
• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
