Senior Project Architect - Fort Lauderdale, Florida

This role is designed for a seasoned healthcare design professional who thrives in the complexity of highly technical projects. • Bachelor's degree in Architecture required
• 10-15 years of design experience, with a strong focus on healthcare projects
• Demonstrated expertise in healthcare planning, documentation, and delivery
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (required)
• Strong understanding of healthcare codes, life safety, and regulatory requirements
• Technical and contractual proficiency across all project phases
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
• Active participation in professional organizations (e.g., AIA, AMFP) preferred
• Interest in contributing to thought leadership initiatives (white papers, blogs, etc.)
• Willingness to travel as required
