Calvary Christian Academy (CCA) is seeking a visionary Director of Advancement to lead the school’s next chapter of growth and generosity. Reporting to the President, the Director will provide strategic leadership across all advancement functions through developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies that fuel CCA’s mission and long-term sustainability, while building deep, trust-based relationships with donors, leadership, and key stakeholders. This leader will oversee the full spectrum of advancement activity, including annual giving, major gifts, endowment development, capital campaigns, special events, donor stewardship, and philanthropic communications.
Founded in 2000 as a ministry of Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale, Calvary Christian Academy has grown into the largest private Christian school in the continental United States. Serving nearly 3,500 students from Pre‑K3 through 12th grade across four campuses, including a flagship 75‑acre campus home to 2,500 students. CCA holds dual accreditation through the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and Cognia.
In 2023, ACSI awarded CCA its prestigious Exemplary Accreditation status, a distinction held by less than 1% of ACSI’s national network. CCA has also been certified as a “Best Christian Workplace” by the Best Christian Workplaces for over a decade, signifying its dedication to fostering a flourishing workplace culture for its staff. The school has an exceptional commitment to Christ‑centered education and is thriving as a community rooted in Christian excellence.
