Artēs Solutions is seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker for a well-established manufacturing company in Fort Lauderdale.
We are looking for a true toolmaker — not a CNC operator — with strong manual machining experience and the ability to work independently to tight tolerances.
If you take pride in precision craftsmanship and solving mechanical challenges, this is a long-term opportunity in a stable manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Build, repair, and maintain dies, jigs, fixtures, molds, and production tooling
- Perform precision machining using milling machines, lathes, and surface grinders
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and specifications
- Machine parts to close tolerances
- Diagnose tooling wear or mechanical issues and restore proper function
- Support prototype development and production improvements
- Strong manual machining background (Mill, Lathe, Grinder)
- Experience working to tight tolerances
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Apprenticeship or equivalent training preferred
