Manufacturing Manager

* What You Will Do:

* + Lead manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.

+ Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, regulatory, and company requirements.

+ Direct preparation for and execution of internal, customer, corporate, and regulatory audits, including FDA inspections.

+ Investigate product quality issues and implement corrective actions in partnership with Quality and cross-functional teams.

+ Develop team leaders and employees through coaching, performance management, workforce planning, and succession planning.

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events, workplace organization programs, waste reduction, and cost optimization efforts.

+ Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and New Product Introduction teams to improve manufacturability and support product launches.

+ Resolve operational constraints, resource conflicts, and production challenges to maintain schedule attainment and on-time customer delivery.

* What You Will Need:

* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Production Management, or a related field.

+ Minimum 8 years of manufacturing experience.

+ Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Experience leading operations within a regulated manufacturing environment.

+ Experience managing quality, productivity, delivery, and cost performance metrics.

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Experience manufacturing high-reliability electromechanical products.

+ Experience applying Lean manufacturing methodologies, including Kaizen, workplace organization systems, and waste reduction initiatives.

+ Experience leading cross-functional operational improvement projects.

* ** USN** : $118,000 - $196,700 USD Annual
