This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, understands multi‑channel digital marketing, and knows how to generate high‑quality leads for a professional services organization — especially within the legal industry. You’ll oversee branding, content strategy, digital campaigns, analytics, vendor management, and events while leading a small but talented team.

You’ll have the autonomy to build systems, refine processes, and directly influence the firm’s growth trajectory. If you’re energized by strategy, execution, and measurable impact, this is an opportunity to shape the marketing engine of a dynamic law firm.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5+ years of progressive marketing experience; legal industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success managing multi‑channel digital marketing programs and lead‑generation strategies.
  • Experience leading a small team and managing external vendors.
  • Strong skills in Social Media, SEO, analytics, Google Ads, Meta advertising, CRM tools, and CMS platforms.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, and email marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and optimize campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a results‑driven environment.
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with data‑driven decision‑making.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the firm’s marketing strategy with a strong focus on lead generation, business development, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Manage and mentor a marketing team, including social media, events, and marketing support roles.
  • Oversee brand identity, messaging consistency, and the development of content calendars and creative assets.
  • Manage website content, SEO, digital advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Build and optimize lead‑generation funnels, nurturing sequences, and conversion‑focused campaigns.
  • Track KPIs and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to firm leadership.
  • Evaluate and manage external vendors (SEO, PPC, video, lead‑gen) and oversee the marketing budget.
  • Plan and coordinate events, such as webinars, seminars, sponsor ships, and PR opportunities (virtual and in‑person as needed).
  • Strengthen the firm’s online reputation through reviews, testimonials, and community engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to develop bios, case studies, and thought leadership content.
  • Ensure compliance with Florida Bar advertising rules and firm tone guidelines.
