Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

We re seeking a highly organized Marketing Project Coordinator to support our dynamic marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at keeping multiple projects on track simultaneously. You ll be the central hub connecting designers, email marketers, campaign managers, and other team members—ensuring everyone has what they need, when they need it.

• Coordinate and help manage multiple marketing campaigns from conception through execution
• Assign, track, and follow up on tasks across various marketing functions including design, email marketing, content creation, and campaign execution
• Maintain clear visibility of project status across all team members and deliverables
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure all deadlines are met
• Maintain organized project documentation and marketing calendars
• Support the marketing team with administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and resource coordination
• Assist with campaign asset management and quality control
• Monitor project budgets and track expenses
• Prepare status reports and presentations for leadership

Required:

• 1-2 years of marketing experience (casino/gaming or agency background a strong plus)
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience coordinating work across multiple marketing disciplines and team members
• Strong multitasking capabilities and project management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office/Google Suite
• Self-starter mentality with ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve

Bonus:

• Experience in the casino, gaming, or entertainment industries
• Agency experience managing multiple client accounts
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices
• Experience with tools like Asana, Slack, Airtable, or similar project management platforms
