Physician Care Centers is excited to announce an opening for a Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team in Palm Springs. This full-time, on-site position offers an incredible opportunity to provide high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment within the Hospital/Health Care industry.

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans to improve the health and well-being of our patients. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive and effective medical attention.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60 - $65 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that supports your personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Manage and treat a variety of acute and chronic health conditions
  • Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests
  • Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses
  • Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records
  • Participate in continuous education and professional development
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Nursing;
    Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Current Nurse Practitioner certification
  • Valid state license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records and healthcare software
