As an RN, you will lead the telemetry nursing team, overseeing patient monitoring services and ensuring the highest standards of cardiac care and patient safety. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of telemetry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and support a team in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

- Oversee the daily operations of the Telemetry Department, ensuring patient care aligns with the highest clinical and safety standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the telemetry nursing team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of patient telemetry services, implementing quality improvement measures as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, cardiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress within the electronic health record (EHR).
- Current RN licensure in Florida.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications are required.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in telemetry or cardiac nursing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telemetry equipment.
