• RN independently cares for a sub‑specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards
• RN delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team
• RN is responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization
• RN also serves as preceptor and charge nurse when assigned

For this position, we strongly prefer at least 2 years of RN experience. For consideration, we strongly prefer a minimum of 1 year of Operating Room experience as an RN.
