Provides comprehensive nursing services to women and their families eligible for the nurse-family partnership (NFP) program. Maintains the highest standards in clinical evidenced nursing practice. Adheres to the NFP model policies procedures guidelines and standards of the NFP and the lead agency. Provides first-time moms valuable knowledge and support throughout pregnancy and until their babies reach two years of age. Empowers mothers to confidently create a better life for their children and themselves.
Education:
- Completion of a nursing program from an accredited school of Nursing.
Experience:
- Two years of related experience
Essential:
- State of Florida Registered Nurse License
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- BLS & ACLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Required - AHCA Level II
- Required
