• Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our dynamic team of five neonatologists and seven NNPs at Salah Foundation Children’s Hospital at Broward Health Medical Center.

• State-of-the-art 70-bed Level III NICU with full pediatric subspecialty support
• Over 3,500 annual deliveries and 800 NICU admissions
• Flexible NNP scheduling with a mix of 8- and 24-hour shifts
• Advanced services including total body cooling and local/international transport
• Academic engagement opportunities with Broward Health GME residents and rotating medical students
• Affiliated with Nova Southeastern University’s pediatric residency program
• Home to the Nicklaus Children’s Hospital northern campus
• Brand-new NICU expansion completed in 2021, featuring 70 private rooms for family-centered care
• Ongoing renovation of the Labor & Delivery facilities
• One of the few Regional Perinatal Intensive Care Centers (RPICC) in Florida

• Several years of experience as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Neonatal PA
• A strong passion for high-acuity neonatal care and a commitment to team-based collaboration
