We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Aviata at the Sea - Harbor Beach, a leading provider of healthcare services in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. As a Registered Nurse with Aviata Health Group, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional, person‑centered care to our patients.

• Supervising staff and overseeing patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
