Registered Nurse RN Inpatient Float Pool - NIght Shift - Altamonte

Job Description

Full‑time, Night shift (7:00 pm – 7:00 am) with weekend rotation.

Location:

601 E ALTAMONTE DR, ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL 32701.

• Perform and document accurate initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate patient conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to address identified patient needs and goals.
• Administer medications accurately and appropriately as ordered, monitoring patient responses and adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Supervise and guide nursing personnel in delivering safe, therapeutic, and quality patient care, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Provide patient and family education about the care plan, medications, procedures, and other relevant information to ensure understanding and compliance.

• Associate of Science degree in Nursing.
• Current State of Florida or Multistate licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
