The 557-bed facility offers progressive inpatient, outpatient and community outreach services. We seek a dedicated staff RN to deliver quality medical‑surgical care as part of our collaborative healthcare team.
Job SummaryDelivering quality nursing care to medical‑surgical patients, collaborating with physicians and nurses regarding patient treatment plans, and performing detailed assessments.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical‑surgical patients during the night shift.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to determine and document treatment plans.
- Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor patient status.
- Assist with patient rehabilitation and discharge planning.
- Follow hospital policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healing environment.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school (ACEN/CCNE).
- Previous medical‑surgical experience in an acute care facility.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
