RN/LPN (7-3 Shift) - Full-time Opportunity at Vivo Healthcare West Orange

Vivo Healthcare West Orange is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on our 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM shift! • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patients' unique needs and preferences
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and timely records, including documenting patient information, progress notes, and medication administration
• Participate in educational seminars and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry best practices and advancements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Florida
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Employment with VIVO Healthcare of West Orange is contingent upon successful completion of a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Caregiver Background Screening Clearinghouse, in accordance with Florida law and Skilled Nursing Facility regulatory requirements. Additional pre-employment requirements may include reference checks, drug screening, physical examination, and verification of licensure or certification, as applicable.
