Weekend Supervisor – Vivo West Orange (Ocoee, FL)

Vivo West Orange is seeking a reliable and experienced Weekend Supervisor (LPN or RN) to oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality care during weekend shifts. This leadership role is key to maintaining smooth facility operations, supporting nursing staff, and promoting resident well‑being. We’re looking for someone confident, organized, and committed to excellent care.

• Supervise clinical staff and oversee care delivery during weekend shifts
• Provide direct nursing care as needed and respond to urgent resident needs
• Ensure compliance with care plans, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
• Support staffing coordination and shift coverage
• Communicate with families, physicians, and department heads as necessary
• Document and report any significant changes, incidents, or updates
• Serve as the on‑site administrative leader during weekends

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in Florida
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Familiar with EMR systems and documentation practices
