Holy Cross Hospital, located in Fort Lauderdale and operating as Holy Cross Health, is a full-service, not-for-profit, Catholic teaching hospital that serves Broward and Palm Beach counties.

We are looking for an experienced Operating Room Nurse to work in a full‑time day shift (6:45 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.) position. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of OR experience, with 2–3 years of scrubbing or circulating in a busy OR, and has demonstrated assessment, evaluation, and technical skills across various specialties.

• Provide compassionate and holistic person-centered care in the OR.

• Graduate of an accredited (ACEN/CCNE) school of nursing is required.
• At least one to two years of OR experience in an acute care setting.
• Orthopedic and/or ortho-spine experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to scrub or circulate in a busy OR.
• Strong patient advocacy and technical skills across a variety of complex surgical procedures.

• Florida RN license
• BLS from AHA
• ACLS
• CNOR preferred
