Position Overview

We are seeking a full‑time RN or LPN Fertility Nurse to join our Fort Lauderdale team. This role combines patient education, clinical support, fertility nursing, and coordination with healthcare professionals. The position also includes operating and recovery nursing responsibilities at our Boca office.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8-hour daytime shifts.

Saturday and Sunday rotation approximately every 4-5 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

Provide fertility nursing care and support to patients throughout their treatment journey.

Serve as an Operating and Recovery Nurse at the Boca office.

Prepare and position patients for procedures.

Meet and greet patients, collect financials, and prepare patients for their appointments.

Meet with patients to provide instructions and education related to their care.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic information.

Assist with office-based surgical procedures and perform intrauterine insemination (IUI).

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Current LPN or RN nursing license.

Women's Health and surgical experience preferred.

Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
