We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team at our mental health treatment facility. This position plays a vital role in providing direct patient care, administering medications and treatments, monitoring client health, and supporting the overall treatment process.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical providers.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status.
• Observe patients for changes in condition and communicate concerns to the appropriate medical staff.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection as required.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, therapists, and other treatment team members to support patient care.
• Assist with admissions, assessments, medication reconciliation, and discharge processes.
• Support patients with compassionate, professional, and trauma-informed care.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and medication administration protocols.
• Participate in emergency response situations as needed.

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the applicable state.
• Experience in behavioral health, mental health, substance use treatment, addiction medicine, or related healthcare settings preferred.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy and blood draws.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate, client-centered approach to patient care.
• Experience with medication-assisted treatment, behavioral health medications, or specialty treatment protocols is a plus.
