Quality Assurance Manager

This is a full-time remote role for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will lead and oversee compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to relevant Dietary supplements industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities include planning and implementing quality standard operating procedures, conducting audits, managing product quality reviews, preparing regulatory documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance. The role also involves continuous process improvement and staying up-to-date with regulatory changes.

• Strong knowledge in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance, and industry standards for Dietary Supplements
• Experience with quality control processes, risk assessment, and regulatory documentation preparation.
• Proficiency in conducting audits, managing compliance reporting, and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Life Sciences, Quality Management, or comparable experience in the quality assurance or regulatory field.
• Familiarity with relevant federal (FDA, USDA), state, or local laws and regulations is a requirement.
• Project management experience and proficiency with quality assurance software or tools is beneficial.
