Post Mission

Reporting to the Direction, you will be responsible for the quality policy and continuous improvement of practices within the establishment. In this role, your main duties will include:

• Leading and managing the quality approach and risk management;
• Preparing and following HAS certification procedures;
• Monitoring quality indicators and action plans;
• Supporting teams in implementing procedures and best practices;
• Organizing and coordinating internal audits;
• Participating in quality document management;
• Raising awareness and training professionals on quality and safety of care issues;
• Ensuring regulatory monitoring.

• Higher education in quality / risk management / management of health establishments;
• Experience desired in a health establishment;
• Good knowledge of HAS certification and hospital quality issues;
• Ability to rally teams and lead change;
