- Maintain and continuously improve the company's ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
- Develop, maintain, and control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and controlled documents
- Coordinate and conduct internal quality audits
- Support external and certification audits
- Manage corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs
- Maintain quality records and documentation
- Develop and maintain Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection Plans, Compliance Procedures, Contract Deliverables, Technical Documentation Packages
- Support Military Sealift Command (MSC) and future government programs requiring formal quality documentation
- Partner with operations leadership to improve quality and reduce rework
- Standardize procedures across multiple locations
- Supervise and mentor quality personnel and other direct reports
- 3-7 years of experience in one or more of the following:
Quality Management, Manufacturing, Engineering Support, Compliance, Document Control, Continuous Improvement - Experience working within an ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrates expertise in maintaining ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems and developing Standard Operating Procedures. Proven ability to conduct internal audits, manage CAPA programs, and support compliance with government quality documentation requirements.
