• Participate in deal reviews and ongoing skill development
• Build and strengthen your personal brand in the South Florida market

• Hold an active Florida Real Estate License
• Have strong communication and negotiation skills
• Are motivated, self‑directed, and growth‑oriented
• Value accountability and production
• Are comfortable leveraging social media and personal branding
• Are eager to collaborate within a fast‑moving team environment

• Newly licensed agents seeking structure and mentorship
