Boatyard is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barback to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. We are looking for a highly motivated, hard working individual, if you have a passion for hospitality and are eager for growth opportunities, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 year restaurant bar experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
• A positive attitude and a team player mindset
• Ability to multitask and handle high pressure situations
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for 8 hour shifts
• Basic knowledge about Alcohol and alcohol management

What You’ll Do:

• Assisting bartenders and teammates with all aspects of the bar program
• Stock and clean bar and associated liquor/beer rooms
• Assist guests when needed
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Assist Bar Manager with 3rd party vendor check-ins and invoice reading
