Food and Beverage Supervisor

Job Overview

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, and room service operations. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting efficient and profitable operations, and ensuring compliance with all food safety, alcohol service, and company standards. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced hospitality environment and is passionate about service excellence.

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations across the restaurant, bar, Starbucks outlet, and pool bar/area to ensure efficient service and quality execution.
• Lead, coach, and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining brand service standards.
• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance feedback to drive engagement and operational success.
• Maintain a visible floor presence across outlets and pool areas to support operations, resolve service issues, and respond to guest needs.
• Prepare and serve beverages as needed while ensuring responsible alcohol service practices.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of bar, Starbucks, and pool service areas.
• Partner with culinary leadership to maintain menu quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Support inventory management, ordering, and cost control initiatives to minimize waste and maintain profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Promote and maintain a safe, positive, and team‑oriented work environment aligned with brand standards.

• Previous food and beverage service and bartending experience required.
• Prior supervisory experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment preferred.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, cost control, and service standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of sanitation, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management tools preferred.

This position requires extended periods of standing and walking, as well as bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Work is performed in a hotel environment and may involve exposure to temperature variations, kitchen equipment, cleaning chemicals, noise, and other operational conditions. Proper safety procedures and protective equipment must be followed at all times.
