Job Purpose
The Distribution Center Clerk is responsible for a variety of operational tasks, including receiving, ticketing, and shipping all product types handled by Watches of Switzerland Group USA. This role requires strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to learn and perform all Distribution Center functions. The ideal candidate is flexible and willing to assist across all areas of the DC as needed.
The position also requires the ability to stand or sit for extended periods and to lift, pack, and prepare boxes for shipment.
Core Accountabilities
* Receiving and verifying product from vendors.
* Processing recalls to vendor or redistributing to other showrooms.
* Ticketing and sorting product.
* Processing and ticketing of receipts from showrooms and vendors.
* Pulling, packing, and shipping of orders to showrooms and vendors.
* Conduct accurate bin checks and cycle counts regularly to maintain inventory accuracy.
* Assist with the annual physical inventory process.
* Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Essential Experience and Attributes
* High school diploma or equivalent is required
* High level of accuracy is required.
* Ability to stay focused for long periods of time.
* Solid knowledge of MSOffice.
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Jewelry and watch product knowledge is preferred
* Distribution Center experience is preferred
