Team Member, Retail

Overview

We are looking for purpose-driven Team Members to become the ultimate ambassadors of our brand. As a Team Member you will help guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them in selecting smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. The successful candidate will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate a willingness to take on new challenges.

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests and team members with a “guest comes first” attitude.
• Minimum age requirement: candidates must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older to apply.
• Experience in a fast‑food environment preferred, but not necessary.
