- 2314 East Sunrise Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Assist customers in all aspects of total store fulfillment, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), returns, and order pickups;
Be proficient in all systems needed to complete transactions and ensure the collection area is organized for a friction-free customer pickup experience;
Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping space, including the pickup and return areas and curbside delivery of BOPS orders;
Greet customers with genuine hospitality, engage them confidently, and build lasting relationships;
Help achieve sales goals and promote Macy's loyalty benefits while supporting team and store operations
