Tile & Stone Showroom Manager

Allied Kitchen & Bath, founded in 1984 by brothers Bill and Joe Feinberg, is a licensed residential general contracting firm based in Fort Lauderdale, FL specializing in High End Kitchen, Bath and Home Remodeling. Our flagship showroom on Oakland Park Blvd spans 15,000 square feet and features a wide range of kitchen and bathroom vignettes, decorative plumbing and hardware, lighting, tile and stone, and architectural products.

We are dedicated to providing the finest kitchen and bath remodeling services with a customer-centric focus. Our showrooms are open Monday through Saturday.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tile & Stone Showroom Manager located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily showroom operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring overall sales performance and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include assisting customers in selecting tile and stone products, providing design guidance, managing and motivating the sales team, maintaining showroom presentation, and ensuring the showroom is visually appealing and fully functional.

MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE

• Product Knowledge in Tile, Stone, and related materials with Showroom experience
• Strong Leadership, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
• Experience in interior design or a related field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in design or related field is beneficial
