Life Extension is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Wellness Associate to provide science-based nutritional guidance and create an exceptional customer experience. You'll serve as a trusted wellness resource, helping customers discover innovative vitamins, supplements, and wellness solutions tailored to their health goals. From sharing product knowledge and answering nutrition-related questions to maintaining an organized sales floor and supporting daily operations, you'll play an important role in helping customers on their wellness journey.

• Educate customers on Life Extension's science-backed vitamins, supplements, and wellness products
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their health goals and recommend personalized solutions
• Provide exceptional customer service that builds trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships
• Answer health, nutrition, and product-related questions in person and over the phone
• Maintain product availability through stocking, merchandising, shelf recovery, and visual presentation activities
• Perform inventory replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory control tasks to support operational accuracy
• Process customer transactions and returns accurately while delivering outstanding service
• Support store opening and closing procedures while assisting with overall store operations and annual inventory activities

• Knowledge of vitamins, dietary supplements, nutrition products, or the wellness industry
• At least one year of customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or a service-oriented environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• A passion for health and wellness with a genuine desire to help customers achieve their goals
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical retail tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds
