The Full Time Team Lead role at ASICS America Corporation is an on-site position based in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area. The Team Lead oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. This role guides and supports sales associates, coordinates staffing and scheduling, and ensures all team members deliver high-quality customer service aligned with brand standards.

The Team Lead monitors sales performance, helps drive revenue through product knowledge and customer engagement, and assists with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and loss prevention. The position also involves coaching team members, providing feedback, and helping implement company initiatives to meet store goals.

• Leadership and people management skills, including experience supervising teams, delegating tasks, and providing coaching and feedback.
• Customer service and retail operations skills, with the ability to engage customers, resolve concerns, and support a positive in-store experience.
• Sales and merchandising skills, including understanding of retail KPIs, upselling, cross-selling, and visual merchandising standards.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle scheduling, prioritization of tasks, and efficient store operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, management, and customers.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and standard retail technology; ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Flexibility to work a full time schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred; experience in athletic or lifestyle brands is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business or retail management is beneficial.
