Position Summary: AT&I seeks an ambitious, driven SDR to identify and generate new business opportunities. The SDR will research potential clients, engage decision‑makers via calls, emails, and social media, and qualify leads for the sales team. The role promotes integrated security solutions—including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection systems, and gate entry systems—to businesses and organizations seeking enhanced security measures. Strong communication skills, technical understanding of security systems, and a results‑driven approach are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify potential clients and businesses requiring security solutions.
- Outbound Outreach – Engage prospects through calls, emails, and social media to introduce services and qualify leads.
- Lead Qualification – Assess customers' security needs and determine fit.
- Appointment Setting – Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Market Research – Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- CRM Management – Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and pipeline progress.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing – Refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Performance Tracking – Monitor metrics to optimize sales efforts.
- High School diploma required; 4‑year degree or trade school certification preferred.
- 1‑3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer‑facing roles.
- Experience in the security industry or technology sales is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to research and identify potential clients in the security integration space.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Understanding of security solutions such as access control, surveillance, and alarm systems.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, independent work style.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
