We are looking for experienced, ethical, and passionate professionals ready to join us as Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs). The ideal candidate:

• Is experienced, honest, ethical, and hardworking.

• Has organizational skills to manage a successful pipeline and collect documentation efficiently.
• Provides superior customer service by engaging consumers, determining their needs, and offering appropriate mortgage products.

• Is proactive in building and expanding a professional network to self‑generate business.

• An active, approved STATE NMLS license.
• Detail‑oriented with thoughtful decision‑making skills.
• Disciplined to maintain all mortgage licenses through mandatory annual continuing education.
• Solid understanding of appraisal, title reports, and product guidelines.
• Proficiency in technical systems such as Encompass.
• Current knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues in the mortgage industry.
• Ability and passion to grow a network of prospects, customers, realtors, and referral partners.
• Bilingual is a valuable asset.
