Position SummaryAs an HVAC Service Sales/Estimator
, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by preparing detailed proposals, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships with subcontractors and vendors. Your expertise will help us continue delivering high-quality HVAC solutions to commercial clients.
- Provide detailed, professional bid proposals with a high level of accuracy.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to penetrate and develop commercial HVAC accounts.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key commercial clients to generate repeat business.
- Develop strong partnerships with subcontractors and vendors to support project success.
- Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
- Conduct sales presentations and site walks as needed.
- Maintain estimating logs and unit costs for all projects.
- Offer HVAC system-related solutions to meet customer needs.
- Understand construction specifications in relation to HVAC production and installation.
- Present weekly internal sales reports.
- Meet quarterly quotas for bids submitted and won.
- Participate in 2-3 professional networking groups to build industry connections.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and estimating (5 years preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Successful completion of a background investigation and pre-employment drug test.
