• Book 50+ qualified prospect meetings per year
• Drive activity:
  Client
  touches (calls, emails, drop‑ins, social media) to secure first meetings
• Strategic prospecting and uncovering high‑value opportunities that drive real growth
• Partner with experienced producers on joint‑selling engagements

Must‑Haves:

• 2–5 years of experience selling employee benefits (core medical benefits, insurance, PEO, payroll, HR tech)
• Proven ability to build a book of business
• High activity, self‑motivated, and persistent
• Based in a market with practitioner support

• Early‑stage producers with Broker of Record experience
• B2B sales executives with a team‑player mindset
• Experience at major firms like USI, Lockton, or Gallagher

• Sell nationally, no territory limits!!
