Aviotek specializes in comprehensive aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services with a focus on supporting operators, lessors, and OEMs across the aviation industry.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team in Fort Lauderdale (FL), USA.

Main Responsibilities
  • Meet personal and team sales targets within schedule
  • Identify and generate leads, including cold outreach, and present, promote, and sell MRO services to new and existing customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, lessors, and industry partners in the U.S. and abroad
  • Negotiate service agreements to maximize value for both customers and Aviotek
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in the MRO sector
  • Develop and implement creative sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Enter, track, and manage sales activity in CRM systems, ensuring accurate updates and timely follow-ups
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer needs and inquiries
  • Represent Aviotek at industry events, conferences, and training sessions to stay current on market developments
Main Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the aviation MRO sector is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in aviation, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a reliable team player with a goal-driven mindset
  • Resilient under pressure with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, 24/7 industry
  • Excellent English required; additional languages are a plus
