Key Responsibilities
  • Drive direct sales of permit expediting services to Florida contractors.

  • Leverage existing relationships in the construction industry to build a pipeline of opportunities.

  • Cross-refer clients to related offerings across licensing, insurance, engineering, and business services.

  • Attend and network at industry conferences, expos, and local events.

  • Maintain client relationships and support long-term retention for residual commission opportunities.

  • Stay up to date on Florida municipal permitting requirements and construction industry trends.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client onboarding and service delivery excellence.

  • Represent 1

    Contractor Solutions professionally in all client interactions.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably within the Florida construction sector.

  • Proven network of contractor relationships (e.g., GCs, roofers, electricians, plumbers, realtors).

  • Self-motivated, professional, and entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Comfortable operating as an independent contractor (1099) with potential for employee benefits.

  • Strong understanding of construction permitting challenges and urgency.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work remotely while traveling locally across Florida for meetings and events.
